Shipping Cost-  Shipping cost depends upon the method and destination you choose. The cost is calculated when you place an order in your shopping cart.
  1. We deliver Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am to 5pm in the respective countries. We may deliver on Saturdays depending on the product; this will be clearly indicated on our websites. We Sundays and public holidays in the destination country.
  2. All our deliveries are done by authorized couriers companies and never by individual freelance couriers.
  3. Delivery charges are posted on the order form and relate to destination, handling and weight.
  4. When we receive your order we aim at processing it within two business days. So your item(s) should then be delivered within two business days after it has left our premises. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
  5. We will re-deliver as soon as practicable in the event of a problem caused by us or the shipping company. However, we will reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge in the event that the problem was caused by you.
  6. You must be there to sign for the package or have an authorized person on hand to sign the delivery form for you. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.
  7. Automatic delivery may not be listed for every country due to logistic/shipping reasons. If you wish to have delivery to a country not listed on the default destinations, then contact us to see if it is possible to make other arrangements.
  8. Please note that some items are expensive to deliver due to their size and weight.
  9. Back Order-  If any item on your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed and contacted number with the option to wait on for delivery or cancel your order if you would prefer.
  10. If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service at + 1 876 469 9936. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our return policy.

Please ensure that you enter a valid email address when ordering. Our shipping team will email you an order confirmation immediately upon completion of your order. If you do not receive such confirmation please contact us at orders@qmstores.com

Shipping Destination-    

We can ship to almost any address in the world (note that some countries are restricted by law). Restricted countries will not come up in                                               the “ship to” drop down menu.

  1. You must include your contact number at the Check Out otherwise you will not be allowed to complete the transaction.  Standard Shipping does not include unpacking or assembling. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages.

Returns & Replacements
We replace products returned to us for manufacturers fault within 24 hours of reciept.  Please use our link here to make a product return.  In the unlikely event that you require a refund, please indicate that to us in your return products form and within 24 hours of the product being recieved we will process your refund.
Ordering
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hrs of placement, except on weekends and public holidays in the departure and destination countries. Orders placed                                    during these times are shipped on the following business days. If you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know, so we can support you to get your order delivered on time . 

If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery and your order will be subject to our return policy.
